"My kids actually didn’t mind the taste"
I was surprised that my kids took this without much complaining (which is not always the case around here). One of the flavors was a little on the sweet side for them, but overall they drink it just fine. Definitely a win in my book.

"I blame myself for not checking sooner"
I tried Begin Health because I finally got tired of giving my kid stuff with labels full of ingredients I couldn’t even pronounce. i kind of blame myself for not paying closer attention sooner, but this felt like an easy switch.
The ingredient list is simple and actually makes sense, which made me feel a lot better about it. My kid hasn’t complained about the taste either, and in our house that’s basically a miracle.
Ordering from the site was quick and painless, and I feel good knowing what’s in it. I’d definitely buy it again.

"Packaging made me a little uneasy"
After I paid, I already felt a bit unsure about whether this was going to be worth it, and the packaging didn’t help. It was kind of annoying to open, especially when I was in a rush. Not a huge deal, but definitely frustrating in the moment.

"Still Not Totally Sold on the Science"
I feel a little embarrassed saying this because maybe I’m just overthinking it, but I’m not fully convinced by the science behind it. The idea sounds nice, and I can see why people are into it, but I couldn’t find enough solid proof for some of the claims. It feels a bit overhyped to me. I’d feel a lot better if they shared clearer studies instead of just simple explanations

"Helped some with my kid's constipation"
I tried Begin Health for my kid because they were having constipation issues, and it did seem to help a little after a couple of weeks. It was not some instant fix, and we still had a few rough days, but their stools were a bit softer overall. Shipping was totally fine. I do think it is kind of expensive for what it is, so I am still not sure if we will keep buying it

"Noticed a difference fast"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but my kid seemed more regular after about two weeks. I remember checking the order email/receipt to see when we started, and it was right around then. i’m glad we gave it a try

"Finally something my picky kid won’t fuss about"
My son is ridiculously picky and somehow notices the tiniest change in anything, which is exhausting. But he’s been taking this mixed into yogurt without complaining, making faces, or turning it into a whole situation. We’ve been using Begin Health for a few weeks now, and thankfully it’s been easy to stick with.

"Works alright, just needs some stirring"
I’ve been mixing this into my kid’s yogurt and it does the job well there. But when I try it in water or juice, it can get a little clumpy and I have to stir it more than I’d like. Not a huge deal, just not quite as easy to mix as I was hoping. I’d say 3 stars is about right.

"I like the product itself well enough..."
I like the product itself well enough, but the subscription part is kind of a hassle. It’s good that you can manage everything online, but changing dates or skipping an order wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. I ended up clicking around more than I expected, and there’s just something about it that feels less straightforward than it should. Not a bad experience overall, but I do wish it was a bit more flexible and simple to use.

I picked this up for my kid because they’ve been having tummy issues, and I saw so many good reviews that I figured it was worth a try. The first week it did seem to help with gas a little, it just wasn’t a huge difference.
The bloating and random stomach aches were still happening, and the powder didn’t mix great for us, it kept clumping in drinks. For the price I was hoping for more, it’s not awful, but it didn’t really do enough for us to buy it again.

"Pretty Consistent So Far"

"Pretty quick shipping, honestly no real issues"
I ordered from beginhealth.com and, the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking email soon after ordering, and the package showed up within a few days.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because the tracking didn’t really update much at first, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was. But overall, it arrived fast and everything was packed fine...

Our pediatrician suggested trying Begin Health, so I figured it was worth a shot for my kid. Not saying it’s a scam, but after a few weeks we didn’t notice much of a difference. My child also wasn’t a fan of the taste, especially mixed into drinks, so getting them to take it was kind of a hassle. For the price, I was expecting more. Maybe it works better for other families, but it just wasn’t a great fit for us.

My 5-year-old seems to do just fine with it, and the information felt right for their age, which was a relief. I do wish the serving details were a bit easier to understand though — maybe that’s just me overthinking it. Overall, it’s been a good experience, and I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ve been happy with Begin Health. The price feels fair for what you’re getting, and it actually lasts longer than I thought it would. It’s not exactly the cheapest option out there... but for us, it’s been worth it
